Although I do not know when historically-speaking football games
impacted the 'hood in any meaningful way, I agree with Mitchell here
that the passes are actually a intended to be solution to a problem.
They have been effective in maintaining some tranquility on game weekends.
Agree also that mailing passes (like our parking passes) is a good idea.

PS....Somebody around here sprayed 2,4-D herbicide again (Weed-B-Gone
and other lawn "maintenance" products are the usual source) and my
backyard grapes were not happy about it. Not fatal to them but I hate to
think of us all breathing in the volatile drift that the grapes reacted to.
