Dear Mr. Boyd,
Thank you for your kind offer. I appreciate it very much, but I believe that the responsibility for distributing these passes should remain with the department responsible for causing the traffic problem and bringing in large numbers of people to our neighborhood who are not residents of our lovely town, and who have little incentive to behave in a neighborly fashion. I spend enough of my waking hours working at the university that I feel little obligation to donate any more of my personal time, or that of my neighbors by proxy, to the cause of UVA Athletics.
I am glad to report that Alli Slater, Director of Facilities and Operations, Athletics, University of Virginia (434-982-5775 phone, 724-388-4346 cell, email allislater at virginia.edu), has informed me that passes for my household will be delivered to me by the end of the day on Thursday. I hope that anyone else who has scheduling or mobility issues that make it difficult to make a special trip out to pick up these passes will not hesitate to request similar service from Athletics.
Best regards,
Donna Sy

If it would help you,I can pick up your passes as well,if they will let me,and deliver them to you. Or I can give you a ride over. I live on the corner of Alderman and Kent, across from Lewis Mt Rd.
