[LMNA] Resident Passes for Football Games - HELP

>From what I hear, the Athletic Dept. is impervious to complaints, even from
the Office of the President. They are too independent/too rich--and we know
they've been getting away this incompetence for years.

The choices are really two:
1) We launch a big social media shame campaign (#HoosABadNeighbor) and it
gets noticed (takes time, bit of a long shot), maybe gets us on the local
news?, or
2) We get the ear of someone high up in the University who both cares and
has the ability to get something done. (Again, a long shot).

Calling or writing to the Athletic dept appears to me to be a waste of
time--the issue is not that they are unaware that they have a failed
procedure here. Trust me, they know. The issue is that they are unable
("never attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence") to do
any better. I mean, all they need is a database of Registered Impacted
Addresses and 5 weeks before the first game, they mail 2 passes to each
address on that list, with a note "if you need more than 2 passes, call
this number". It's not as if the houses affected are getting up and moving
around on them...
