[LMNA] Fwd: Resident Passes for Football Games - HELP

Dear Neighbors--

I agree that it is a burden to go through this rigmarole to be able to
drive in our own neighborhood!  i wonder if this would withstand legal
scrutiny (any lawyers in the neighborhood care to opine?).  I do not like
UVa throwing its weight around like this.

for some years, rather than displaying the pass, i have shown my driver's
license with my Bollingwood Rd address to the guards.  This has worked so
far.
