[LMNA] Resident Passes for Football Games - UPDATE

*Here's the latest update on the Resident Passes for Football Games:*

Per discussion w/ the UVA Community Relations folks, they chatted with the
Athletic Dept. (AD) and Yes...there has been a change in the process,
Yes..there was a hiccup in the notification process and YES...the AD is
willing to amend the process for those that need assistance. Here are the
options:

   1. For those of you who are able and willing to pick up the passes,
   please use the online registration at: https://athletics.virginiaspor
   ts.com/residents/  (username is:  resident; password is:  uvagohoosgo! )
   and fill out the form. They will email you a confirmation to pick up the
   passes. Pick-up location will be  U-Hall-Rm 209, same location as previous
   years; use the North entry across from JPJ.
   2. For people that cannot do the pick-up at U-Hall, you'll need to call
   Cathy @ the U-Hall office (982-5022) to request a drop-off.

Community Relations/AD may be issuing a follow-up notice about this, but I
wanted to give you the info ASAP so you can plan accordingly.  Yes, this
whole affair could've/should've been handled differently, but...here we
are. Let's move forward and look for opportunities to provide input for
next season.  Based on the input from your emails today, I'm confident that
we'll be spending some time with Community Relations and/or AD folks well
before then.

more immediate and effective help (Hey...I'm just the messenger). Hope this
