Good morning.  We had a tragic day in our community yesterday.  We were
fortunate to have a quiet night.  We expect that there will be additional
events today.  I want you to be aware that a press conference has been
announced by Mr. Kessler and Richard Spencer for the downtown area at 2
p.m.  There will be vigils downtown this afternoon and a march from the
Rotunda to Emancipation park this evening.  Our staff continues to be
mobilized for emergency operations. Thank you for continuing to share
information with your neighbors and the role you can play in the future as
our community works to heal.
