The OCDC Executive Committee met yesterday via Zoom primarily to begin a search for a treasurer to replace Wayne Garrett, who has resigned.  The committee designated me and Joe Freeland to act as signators to the account until a treasurer can be found and elected by the committee as a whole.
The committee also asked me to research and draft a pro forma budget to be submitted to the next regular meeting, hopefully May. At that time, I will also submit a report summarizing our last two year's finances and our current financial situation. Voluntary dues continue to come in.
The May meeting may be delayed a week, until May 16, because the 7th Congressional District Convention is on the 9th.
The executive committee also heard reports on the mailchimp conversion and the associated updating of our email list and contact information.
